These included the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders also ratified and appointed statutory auditors, appointed a director retiring by rotation, and approved revisions to the remuneration of two Whole-Time Directors along with the remuneration for the Managing Director.
