Glen Industries Limited's promoter group, Lalit Agrawal (HUF), has acquired an additional 9600 equity shares from public shareholders.

These acquisitions, valued at approximately ₹0.12 Cr, were executed at a market price of ₹121.50 per share.

This transaction has increased the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group from 74.17% to 74.21% of the company's total paid-up equity capital.

This move indicates continued confidence from the promoter group in the company's prospects.
