Golden Carpets Ltd. has announced a change in its board structure, with Mr. Srikrishna Naik transitioning from Managing Director to Director (Non-executive & Non-Independent). This decision, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved by the Board.

It's noteworthy that Mr. Naik is the brother of Mrs. Meena Bhushan Kerur, the current Managing Director.
