The Board of Directors has reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

Mr. Rohan Bhushan Kerur joins the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees as a Member.

He also assumes the role of Chairperson for the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mrs. Meena Bhushan Kerur transitioning to a Member of that committee.

These adjustments stem from recent director designation changes and are critical for maintaining strong corporate governance and oversight within the company.
