Golden Carpets Ltd's Board has approved changing Mrs. Meena Bhushan Kerur's designation from Non-Executive Director to Managing Director for a five-year term.

This move, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval.

Mrs. Kerur brings eighteen years of experience in business management, administration, and marketing to her new executive role.

She is also related to the Chairman and another Director, ensuring continuity in leadership and strategic direction for the company.
