ACKNIT Industries' 36th Annual General Meeting on September 16, 2026, will address key shareholder matters.

Members will consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for FY26 and a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share.

The agenda also includes re-appointing Directors Mr. Deo Kishan Saraf, Mr. Rajarshi Ghosh, and Mr. Shankar Lal Bajaj.

Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of Mr. Tushar Jhunjhunwala and Mr. Amitava Mazumder as new Independent Directors.
