ACKnit Industries has withdrawn a key resolution intended for its upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting.

The resolution proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Shankar Lal Bajaj as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

However, due to the unfortunate passing of Mr. Bajaj, this resolution has become void.

As a result, shareholders will not consider or vote on his re-appointment at the AGM.

The company will proceed with necessary adjustments to the AGM agenda and related documents, ensuring transparency for investors.
