P N Gadgil Jewellers (PNGJL) will acquire 100% of Silvostyle Jewellers (SJL) for ₹27.96 Cr.

This strategic acquisition brings SJL, a fashion silver jewellery company with a turnover of ₹72.93 Cr (FY26 via its LLP), into the PNG Group.

The move aims to strengthen PNGJL's jewellery business, broaden product offerings, and create operational synergies.

This acquisition will make SJL a wholly-owned subsidiary, reinforcing PNGJL's market presence and expanding its product portfolio.
