P N Gadgil Jewellers' Board approved acquiring 100% of Silvostyle Jewellers for Rs 27.96 Cr.

This makes the fashion silver brand, which reported Rs 72.93 Cr turnover and Rs 6.36 Cr PAT (FY26 via its LLP), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The acquisition aims to strengthen PNGJL's core jewellery business.
