Record Date

Indoco Remedies has set Thursday, September 10, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share for FY26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the AGM on September 17, 2026. Payment will follow within 30 days of approval.

This date also serves as the cut-off for e-voting at the AGM.
