Indoco Remedies significantly advanced sustainability in FY26. Renewable energy reached 43.5% of total consumption, with net Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions down 8.8% and water withdrawal reduced by 16.7%. Its Patalganga API site achieved an EcoVadis Bronze rating.

The company also converted a 107.50 Cr loan to a subsidiary into equity.
