Astonea Labs Limited has re-appointed Ms. Pooja Singh as a Director following her retirement by rotation at the company's Annual General Meeting.

Ms. Singh, who leads the Drug Regulatory Affairs Department, brings over eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Quality Assurance and Drug Regulatory Affairs.

Her re-appointment ensures continued leadership and expertise in critical areas of regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical operations.

She is also a member of the CSR Committee.
