Astonea Labs Limited's shareholders have approved an alteration to the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA) at their 9th Annual General Meeting.

This change expands the company's main business objects.

The revised MOA now explicitly allows Astonea Labs to engage in a broader range of activities, including manufacturing, processing, marketing, distribution, and sale of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, and ayurvedic products.

It also covers various commercial channels like retail, wholesale, institutional sales, franchises, and e-commerce platforms, aligning its operational scope with existing and future business plans.
