IEL Limited has announced its 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate and cast their votes electronically.

The AGM will address company business and present the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year 2025-26. Relevant documents, including the AGM Notice and Annual Report, will be sent electronically to registered email addresses, with physical copies available upon request.
