IEL Limited has announced its 70th Annual General Meeting for September 28, 2026, to be held virtually via Video Conferencing.

This meeting is for shareholders to discuss company affairs and conduct business as outlined in the AGM Notice.

Shareholders can cast their votes remotely from September 25 to September 27. The eligibility to vote is based on shareholding as of September 21, 2026. Members can also vote during the virtual meeting if they haven't used remote e-voting.
