The company has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, via virtual means.

Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited financial statements, re-appointing Mrs. Seema Mittal as Executive Director, and re-appointing Mr. Vimal Kumar Sharma as Managing Director for a five-year term.

Members will also consider approving related party transactions with a subsidiary, Venkatswamy Mining And Estates Private Limited, for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹2 crores for the financial year 2026-27, to facilitate ongoing business operations.

Shareholder eligibility for e-voting is based on holdings as of September 22, 2026.
