Sulabh Engineers and Services Limited has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on September 28 at 12:00 PM IST.

The meeting will address the agenda specified in the AGM Notice.

Shareholders eligible for e-voting will be determined by a cut-off date of September 22. The company's book closure period will run from September 23 to September 28. Remote e-voting will be available from September 25 (9:00 AM) to September 27 (5:00 PM), allowing shareholders to participate and cast their votes electronically.
