Lloyds Enterprises Limited (LEL) has pledged 6 Cr equity shares (4.05% of total equity) of Lloyds Engineering Works Limited (LEWL) with Tata Capital Limited.

This pledge, effective August 13, 2026, secures a loan of Rs 219 Cr for LEL.

This transaction increases LEL's total encumbered holding in LEWL from 4.46% (6.60 Cr shares) to 8.51% (12.60 Cr shares).
