Natura Hue-Chem's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mansoor Ahmed as Managing Director for another three-year period.

This decision, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Ahmed brings over 26 years of experience in accounts and finance, offering continued leadership stability for the company.

Shareholders should note his relationship as father to Mr. Hifzul Rahim, another Executive Director.
