The company proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, the company reported ₹1.33 Cr in other income and a profit of ₹0.51 Cr.

The Board also seeks shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mr. K. V. Aiyappan, Mr. Arunachalam Kanaga Sabesan, and Mrs. Revathi Sureshkumar as Directors.
