Abirami Financial Services (India) Limited has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST.

The Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, is accessible to members.

Remote e-voting for resolutions will be available from September 15 to September 17, 2026, with September 11, 2026, as the record date.

The board has also proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, which, if approved at the AGM, will be disbursed to eligible shareholders on or after September 18, 2026.
