Ambo Agritec's board has approved a significant increase in the company's Authorised Share Capital from ₹25 Crore to ₹55 Crore.

This strategic move, which requires shareholder approval, involves creating an additional 3 Crore equity shares, each valued at ₹10. This expansion provides the company with greater financial flexibility for future growth initiatives or capital raising plans.

Additionally, the 32nd Annual General Meeting has been confirmed for September 26.
