Shareholders will receive the AGM notice, financial statements, and e-voting details.

The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from September 19 to September 26 (inclusive) to determine eligibility for the AGM.

E-voting for the AGM will commence on September 23 at 9:00 AM and conclude on September 25 at 5:00 PM.
