Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd. has called its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Monday, September 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST.

The meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or other audio-visual means, without physical attendance.

Shareholders registered by Friday, August 14, 2026, will receive the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 electronically.

Voting for AGM items will be conducted through remote e-voting (September 17, 9:00 A.M. to September 20, 5:00 P.M.) or during the AGM itself, with September 14, 2026, as the cut-off date.

Any dividend declared will be paid within 30 days to eligible shareholders.
