E-voting facilities are available, with remote e-voting commencing September 17, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. and closing September 20, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.

The cut-off date for voting eligibility and dividend entitlement is September 14, 2026. Dividends for FY 2025-26 will be paid within 30 days of declaration.

Physical shareholders must update KYC details for electronic dividend payments.
