KG Petrochem members have approved significant board changes at their 46th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Manish Singhal was re-appointed as Managing Director, Mrs. Prity Singhal as Whole Time Director, and Mr. Gauri Shanker Kandoi as Chairman cum Whole Time Director, each for a three-year term.

Furthermore, Mr. Anjal Kejruwal was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term.
