KG Petrochem's members approved significant board appointments.

Mr. Manish Singhal was re-appointed as Managing Director, Mrs. Prity Singhal as Whole Time Director, and Mr. Gauri Shanker Kandoi as Chairman cum Whole Time Director, each for a three-year term.

Additionally, Mr. Anjal Kejruwal was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years.

These changes ensure leadership continuity and enhance the board with fresh, independent expertise for strategic direction.
