The company's board has approved the appointment of M/S P R P A & COMPANY LLP as new Statutory Auditors, subject to shareholder approval.

Crucially, the board also approved altering the company's Memorandum of Association to expand its main business objects.

This expansion includes manufacturing and dealing in a wide range of industrial, engineering, agricultural, construction, mining, electrical, and electronic machinery and components.

These significant changes, along with other administrative matters, will be presented to shareholders for approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting.
