Bits Limited's Board has approved the appointment of M/S P R P A & COMPANY LLP as new statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval, following a casual vacancy.

The Board also proposed altering the company's Memorandum of Association to include manufacturing and dealing in various industrial, engineering, and electrical machinery and components, aiming for business expansion.

The 34th Annual General Meeting is set for September 27 via video conference, where shareholders will vote on these key changes and review the Director's Report.

Share transfer books will be closed from September 21-27.
