Jupiter Infomedia (soon to be Arix Energix) has announced its Board decided to withdraw the application for a preferential issue of 81,95,000 Convertible Warrants.

The company had planned to issue these warrants at Rs. 61 each, aiming to raise approximately Rs. 50.01 Cr.

This decision, driven by unfavourable market conditions and economic considerations, means the company will not proceed with this capital raise at present.

This impacts future share dilution and immediate funding plans.
