Jupiter Infomedia Limited, now known as Arix Energix Limited (name change under process), has announced its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.

Investors can participate via video conferencing.

E-voting for all resolutions will be open from Saturday, September 26, to Monday, September 28. Shareholders holding shares by Friday, September 18, 2026, are eligible to cast their votes.
