The company's board has accepted the resignation of Nilesh Krishnarao Savant from directorship and Vishal Dedhia as Chief Financial Officer, both citing other professional commitments.

Grishma Vishal Dedhia has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.

M/s. DMY & Co. Chartered Accountant has also been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027. The board further approved the Annual General Meeting notice and Director's Report for FY 2025-2026.
