WHITE HALL COMMERCIAL COMPANY LIMITED has informed shareholders about remote e-voting facilities for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25. Shareholders can cast their votes electronically from September 22 at 9:00 a.m. until September 24 at 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is September 18. This facility, provided through NSDL/CDSL, allows shareholders to participate in crucial decisions even if they cannot attend the meeting in person.

Those who e-vote may still attend the AGM but cannot vote again.
