TTI Enterprise Limited has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

The meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means to discuss and approve the agenda set out in the AGM notice.

Shareholders can access the annual report for 2025-26 and the AGM notice electronically.

These documents are available on the company's website and the stock exchange platforms.

TTI Enterprise is also providing an e-voting facility for its shareholders to participate.
