TTI Enterprise has successfully transitioned its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) to Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited.

This update means Purva Sharegistry will now manage all RTA services for the company and its shareholders, including share transfers and transmissions.

Shareholders should direct all future correspondence for RTA-related matters to the new agent.

Additionally, a special window has been introduced for lodging transfer requests for physical shares executed prior to April 1, 2019, which will be processed through the new RTA.
