Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited's Board, acting on the Audit Committee's advice, has approved the appointment of M/s Rahul Pramod & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors.

This appointment addresses a casual vacancy following the previous auditor's resignation.

M/s Rahul Pramod & Co. will serve until the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting.

Pending shareholder approval at the AGM, they are also set to serve a subsequent five-year term, ensuring continuity in the company's financial audits and compliance.
