Shareholders can vote virtually through remote e-voting from September 23, 2026, to September 25, 2026. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 19, 2026. The company’s shareholder records will be closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the purpose of the AGM.
