Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, SN Solar Mangaluru Private Limited.

This entity, with a paid-up capital of Rs 1 lakh (0.01 Cr), is set to operate in the green and renewable energy sector.

Its primary focus will be on developing, implementing, owning, operating, and maintaining grid-connected Solar PV power projects.

This strategic move signifies the company's entry into the renewable energy space, offering a clear path for diversification and potential growth in a new business segment.

The subsidiary is 100% owned and has not yet commenced operations.
