Company Update

SRI KPR Industries announced a leadership transition as Mr. Naveena Thammishetty Chandra, Chairman and Independent Director, will conclude his term and step down on September 30. The company's Board has appointed Mr. Amarnath Narsing Rao Basha, an Independent Director, as the new Chairman, effective October 1. Additionally, the company reconstituted its Audit Committee, with Mr. Basha now serving as Chairman, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, where Mr. Sudhakar Chittepu assumes the role of Chairperson.

These changes ensure continuity in board leadership and committee governance.
