The company's Board of Directors has approved significant leadership changes.

Mr. Sudhakar Chittepu is appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term.

Mr. Kishan Reddy Nalla is re-appointed as Managing Director for another five years.

Mr. Bhoopal Reddy Aleti will continue as a Whole-time Director after reaching 70 years of age.

Additionally, Mr. Amarnath Narsing Rao Basha, an Independent Director, is re-designated as the Chairman.

These changes, aimed at strengthening governance and leadership, are subject to shareholder approval.
