Blue Pearl Agriventures' Board has approved changes to its directorate.

Following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal was appointed as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director.

Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah was also appointed as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent category.

Concurrently, Ms. Renu Kaur has resigned from her role as a Non-Executive and Independent Director.
