Blue Pearl Agriventures' board has undergone significant changes in its composition.

The board appointed Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, bringing over six years of agro-business experience.

Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah was also appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent), adding over two decades of corporate secretarial expertise.

These appointments follow proposals from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Concurrently, Ms. Renu Kaur resigned from her position as a Non-Executive and Independent Director due to personal reasons.
