Blue Pearl Agriventures Limited's Board has undergone significant changes.

Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal, with over six years of experience in agro-related business, has been appointed as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director.

Additionally, Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah, bringing over 20 years of expertise in corporate secretarial matters, joins as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.

These appointments follow a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Concurrently, Ms. Renu Kaur has resigned from her position as a Non-Executive and Independent Director due to personal reasons.

These changes reflect an adjustment in the company's governance structure.
