Following an assessment by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Blue Pearl Agriventures' Board approved significant leadership updates.

Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal was appointed as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, bringing over six years of agro business experience.

Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah also joined as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, leveraging her 20+ years in corporate secretarial and advisory expertise.

Concurrently, Ms. Renu Kaur resigned from her Non-Executive and Independent Director role.
