WSFx Global Pay has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 23, 2026. At this meeting, shareholders will consider the Board's proposal for a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. To be eligible for this dividend, shareholders must be on record by September 16, 2026, which is the declared Record Date.
