WSFx Global Pay announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conferencing.

The Board has proposed a Final Dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (15%) for FY 2025-26, awaiting shareholder approval at the AGM.

Shareholders can access the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 via a web link.

The company also reminded shareholders to update their KYC details and dematerialize physical shares.
