Magenta Lifecare announced outcomes from its board meeting.

The company appointed Mr. Nikhil Mistry as an Additional Independent Director, while Ms. Nidhi Bansal resigned from her Independent Director role.

The board, based on the Audit Committee's review, proposed M/s. V C A & Associates as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 11th Annual General Meeting.

This AGM, for which the notice was approved, is set for September 28th.

Additionally, the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees were reconstituted to reflect the board changes.
