Magenta Lifecare Limited has announced its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

The company has also set the book closure period from September 21 to September 28, 2026, to determine shareholders eligible to attend and vote.

Remote e-voting facilities will be available from September 25 to September 27, 2026, allowing shareholders to participate in key company decisions and approve the annual report for the fiscal year 2025-26.
