Divyashakti Limited will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting to approve the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.00 per equity share (10%) for FY 2025-26. Shareholders will also consider re-appointing Smt.

Anuradha Anne as a director.

Additionally, approval is sought for material related party transactions for FY 2026-27 with Cosmos Granite (West) up to ₹30 Cr, Cosmos Granite (South East) up to ₹45 Cr, and Cosmos Granite (South West) up to ₹5 Cr.

These transactions involve entities where the Managing Director's relatives are partners.
