The 28th Annual General Meeting is scheduled virtually for September 25, 2026, with September 18 as the e-voting cut-off.

The Board re-appointed M/s Gupta Atul & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY27 and approved the Board's Report for FY26. It also cleared the reappointment of Whole-time Director Mr. Yogeshh Goel.

Additionally, related party transactions for the next year, capped at ₹15 Cr for companies and ₹2 Cr for directors, were approved, subject to shareholder consent.

Finally, the Infonative Solutions ESOP Scheme 2026, creating a 5,00,000-option pool for employees, was adopted, pending shareholder approval.
